You can check by moving your setup to another house or apartment and see if the noise is better/gone. Other items that can be electrically noisy are computers, cell phones, tablets, modems, wireless network units. This can come from electrical motors, furnaces, fans, overhead lights (especially fluorescent lights or lights on dimmer-circuits) or neon lights. If this is true, then the problem may be that your wiring is acting as an antenna and picking up noise from some nearby device that is broadcasting lots of electrical noise. It sounds like the noise is made even when all pedals are off.
