With Minecraft Store, we've made it safer and easier to purchase community-made content for Minecraft. The Minecraft Store, which you can find in-game, is where players can purchase character skins, textures, and worlds. We are investigating what might be causing this issue. This is also true for Xbox One and Nintendo Switch players.
If the custom skin was created with the in-game Character Creator, yes. Minecraft worlds are now expanded and there is no world border within the world. Player IDs from other platforms are not supported at this time. Please note that you are only able to enter a Microsoft gamertag as a player ID. It is available as an option chose inside the game. Cross-Play is currently only available for invites to another player's single-player world.
